Do you remember being told when you were a child that if a worm was cut in half it could still survive? It was because they have heads at both ends and as a result both ends could survive. Now be truthful, how many of you then went on to try this theory out? Probably just about every single one of you. But it is true worms, like tube trains and trains, have two heads. So they can survive – they can go in either direction and see what is going on. The worm in essence has a back up plan. And this was something I realised the importance of at our last work team building day. It was brought to our attention that we could have done better if we had back up plans in place, and we all realised we are lacking with these at work. So thanks to the team building day we have now started implementing these at work – we are now worms with two heads!

I’m sure you perfectly know yourself that there are plenty of ready-built wood chicken houses available in hardware shops. However, do you really think that it’s worth spending a few thousands dollars on buying them, when you can just build your own chicken coop for less than $200 dollars?

Of course, you’ll need some wooden materials and woodworking tools, but overall it works out much cheaper, plus you’ll have a lot of fun and learn something new. Building a chicken coop is not as complicated as some people think. Although, if you are doing this first time, then it’s highly recommended that you use proper chicken coop plans to find any silly mistakes.

I stumbled upon Bill Keene’s chicken coop building guide on one of the do it yourself websites on the Internet, and decided to use it for my project. It turned out to be very informative and contained step-by-step instructions, which were very easy to understand.

I bought a proform treadmill a couple of weeks ago from an online shop. Within 5 days, I got the proform treadmill machine delivered to my home. I was so excited that I immediately set out to unwrap the package and tried to install it. Believe me; it was not simple to install that machine. I read thru the manual a number of times, paying attention to the details, and tried to remember all the instructions. I had to repeatedly gone back to the manual to refresh my memory. It took hours and the job was not done. I did make a call to the support centre, and got some instructions. But, still I had a hard time trying to get the machine ready for my first exercise. I almost gave up. Then, I got some help from my neighbor. Maybe he was more inclined to do this setup work. He helped to get the machine properly installed. I was very delighted to have the proform treadmill ready for my use.

The tandem double stroller is preferred over the side by side by many parents. They tend to be more narrow and are easier to maneuver around a busy store, especially when there are two children on board. Joovy is a company that specializes in these types of double strollers. Their Caboose models are unique in that they allow an older toddler to sit or stand up on the rear platform while their younger sibling sits comfortably in the front. This design is a great way to keep an active child occupied while they remain under the safe control of their parent.

These types of features make the Joovy tandem stroller one of the most popular choices with parents today. You also get a very lightweight design with a two position front seat as well as deluxe safety harnesses. When you are looking for a double stroller you need to find a model that will keep your children safe for the entire trip but also keep them comfortable enough so that they don’t get cranky. This will make the trip more enjoyable for both the parents as well as the children. Joovy is a company that knows how to do this with their lineup.
